I know in previous decades they used to pay people to have injections of cold/viruses and the antidotes. Saying that though, I would go very very careful down that route, they'll tell you they are testing for a cure to something simple, but probably inject you with something else. It's happened before. In the 1950's a soldier was told he would be taking part in trials for something, but in the end they dropped sarin on his arm and he died. Theres a link...
