How does a US company benefit from not having to report to the US tax dep't about money paid to a foreign cont?
Q. A Us company doing bis in China wants a contractor to fill out a w-8ben form. US company says it is so they don't have to report about fees paid to the contractor to the US tax dep't. How does this benifit the company? Wouldn't they WANT to report expenses, and not have to pay tax on that money?

A. Especially after making the song with Jay-Z (Umbrella), people have been noticing that her songs have been associated with things that the Illuminati are apparently all about. Who knows? It seems unlikely but also interesting and suspicious. I've heard of a website called - go there and maybe it'll say something about it. I haven't been there, though.

How do you go about starting commissioned officer training in the US Army?
Q. My husband has a 4 year degree and is currently almost done with boot camp, but his recruiter had told him he had to wait until he got to his "regular duty station" after AIT training to apply. Is this true, or is there some way to apply earlier so he start training sooner? Thanks so much for any help/advice, the recruiter has not been much help...

Should I give my baby the last name of his dad who doesn't even care about us or should I keep mine?
Q. The father of my baby has nothing to do with me according to him but he wants to be there for the kid that's what he said. I was wondering if I should give my baby his last name or keep mine? So what do you think about 4 years of military service in exchange for US citizenship?

Q. People in Peru were complaining about one of the coldest Junes ever yes, and it is SUMMER here. Sigh, I know very well that Peru is in the middle of winter. I just find it ridiculous to say "See?
